Carnival’s New Dining Room Menus Officially Rolling Out

Last month, Carnival announced that they were testing new main dining room menus aboard the Carnival Dream. Today, they announced that the new menus will roll out fleetwide in a phased approach. 

Carnival says they selected over 60 new dishes to add to the dining room rotation, which is no small feat. Carnival’s Chefs worked with Chief Culinary Officer Emeril Lagasse to find new options to freshen up the menu that hadn’t had a major overhaul in a while. It wasn’t about a drastic change, but adding some new and exciting options guests could look forward to.

New Main Dining Room Menu Roll Out Plans

The fleet will transition to the new menu throughout the rest of the year. Here are the current roll out plans.

• Carnival Vista – 8/12/2023
• Carnival Radiance – 8/18/2023
• Carnival Mardi Gras – 8/19/2023
• Carnival Breeze – 9/2/2023
• Carnival Panorama – 9/2/2023
• Carnival Celebration – 9/9/2023
• Carnival Valor – 9/18/2023
• Carnival Miracle – 9/28/2023
• Carnival Glory – 10/1/2023

The rest of the fleet will transition into early 2024. Note, Australia-based ships will not see the new items until later next year.
