Uku Lei Lei is a new restaurant concept that brings together Hawaiian and Asian flavors in a colorful, island-inspired setting. The menu includes dishes like Mongolian beef short rib, poke bowls, and tropical-inspired desserts. It’s designed to have a relaxed island feel, with a menu that mixes familiar favorites with more tropical and Pacific-inspired options.

You don’t have to make reservations in advance for Uku Lei Lei. You check in using Carnival’s HUB app when you’re ready to eat, and they alert you when your table is ready. For guests with anytime dining, they can check in anytime between 5:30 PM and 9:30 PM. Guests with Assigned Dining can’t check in until after 7:45 PM.

Fettacine is complimentary the first time you eat there and $8 per person after that.
