Hudson's is the name of the new main restaurant on Prima-class ships. It's replacing the Taste and Sabor dining rooms found on other Norwegian ships. When it first launched, Hudsons was supposed to have a fixed menu all cruise, but it has reverted back to the rotating menu seen on other Norwegian ships.
