Margaritaville Stepping Up Dining Options on Beachcomber

Margaritaville at Sea’s new ship, Beachcomber, will debut in 2027. The heavily renovated Costa Fortuna will be the line’s largest ship yet (although still small compared to the largest ships currently sailing). With this larger footprint, they’re adding even more food options than ever before. Let’s dig in.

High Tide Market – the buffet (included)

High Tide Market is the name for the main casual dining venue onboard Beachcomber. Typically, this area is used for a buffet, but according to the Margaritaville at Sea website, it will have more of a food stall kind of vibe (whether or not it’s made-to-order is yet to be seen). The space will have five different dining concepts inside.

Kickin’ & Pickin’ Chicken – Serving a variety of fried chicken specialties, from tenders to drumsticks to sandwiches, along with some roasted options as well. Customize your chicken with the specialty sauces.

Sun Baked BBQ – A traditional barbecue stall with wood-smoked meats. Try pulled pork or smokehouse sausage with all the usual fixin’s.

Provisions Salads & More – For a lighter meal, create your own salads with fresh leafy greens and vegetables. Top with a grilled protein or grab some fresh bread to go along with it.

Slice of Paradise – It’s not a cruise without some desserts! This dessert station has fresh made cakes, chocolates, and more.

Frank & Lola’s Pizzeria – The popular venue from Margaritaville at Sea’s other ships makes a return, offering stone-baked specialty pizzas. It’s open late, and you can even order a whole pizza to your cabin (for an extra charge).

License to Chill Sandwich Shack (included)

This new, casual, fast-casual sandwich restaurant will be a go-to when you’re on the pool deck. You’ll find hot dogs, paninis, and deli sandwiches.

Main Dining (included)

Beachcomber will have two main dining rooms: Fins on Decks 3 and 4 aft, and Beachcomber on Deck 3 mid.

Mexican Cutie Cantina (included)

Another returning favorite, this Tex-Mex fast-casual restaurant makes it easy to grab a bite. Build your own tacos or rice bowls and customize them at the toppings bar.

Cheeseburger in Paradise (included)

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Margaritaville at Sea ship without a Cheeseburger in Paradise. This fast-casual venue has some of the best burgers at sea that you can customize at the toppings bar.

Floridays (additional fee)

Floridays is a new specialty dining option created especially for Beachcomber. They offer shareable plates that reflect Florida’s coastal cuisine—think empanadas, fresh seafood, and tapas.

F&L Trattoria (additional fee)

Beachcomber will feature Margaritaville at Sea’s first specialty Italian restaurant. F&L Trattoria has an intimate atmosphere and serves classic Italian dishes and a wide selection of wines.

JWB Prime Steakhouse (additional fee)

Located just off the 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar and Pool is Margaritaville at Sea’s signature steakhouse.

Far Side Sushi (additional fee)

Another Margaritaville favorite returns. Stop by and try a variety of specialty rolls, small plates of Japanese cuisine, or ramen.
