Alchemy Bar
Located on Deck 7 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.
Alchemy Bar is Carnival’s signature high-end cocktail bar. It’s an excellent place for pre- or post-dinner drinks. Here, experienced bartenders whip up some delicious, hand-crafted cocktails. Carnival also offers non-alcoholic versions of these cocktails using Lyre's syrups to provide all the flavor with none of the alcohol.

Bar Della Rosa
Located on Deck 8 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.Bar Della Rosa an inside/outside bar with Italian-themed cocktails. It also serves premium coffee for when the Java Blue Cafe line is too long.

Center Stage
Located on Deck 6 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.Center Stage bar is located on the first floor of Grand Central and a great place to grab drinks before a show at Center Stage.

Fahrenheit 555 Bar
Located on Deck 7 Mid on the Carnival Mardi Gras.
The Fahrenheit 555 Bar is part of Carnival's specialty steakhouse, but on the Mardi Gras, the bar is open to anyone. Stop by on your way to the main dining room.

Fortune Teller Bar
Located on Deck 6 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.
The Fortune Teller Bar is beautifully themed with some truly unique and out-of-this-world cocktails. It’s available exclusively on the Carnival Mardi Gras in the French Quarter zone.

Grand View
Located on Deck 7 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.Grand View Bar is on the second floor of Grand Central and usually only open during evenings.

Guy's Pig and Anchor Brewhouse
Located on Deck 8 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.
Guy's Pig and Anchor Smokehouse and Brewhouse has a range of beers and craft cocktails. It's also home to a brewery, where they brew 5 custom brews on board under their Parched Pig brand.

Havana Bar
Located on Deck 8 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.
The Havana Bar is open to all guests and this venue is usually filled with lively Latin music each night. During the day, it's a great place to relax with a game of dominos or attend an event.
The outside portion of the Havana Bar is only open to guests staying in Havana cabins.

Java Blue Cafe
Located on Deck 6 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.
JavaBlue Cafe is the premier coffee place that’s on board about half of the Carnival ships.
On Mardi Gras, Java Blue also serves a variety of snacks throughout the day, both complimentary and extra fee.

Located on Deck 6 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.
Piano Bar 88 is Carnival's piano bar that’s hopping every night. Here you can find all your usual staples as well as some custom cocktails.

Punchliner Comedy Club
Located on Deck 6 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.Punchliner Comedy Club will be home to several comedians over the course of your cruise. This bar has a dedicated menu with a few original cocktails to try out while taking in a comedy show.

RedFrog Tiki Bar
Located on Deck 16 and 17 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.
The Red Frog Tiki Bar is a supersized version of the Red Frog Rum Bar that’s on most other Carnival ships. This super-sized, two-story Caribbean themed bar is at the heart of the Lido Pool area and is always full of energy.

Serenity Pool Bar
Located on Deck 18 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.
The Serenity Area is the adults-only (21+) area that’s found on every Carnival ship (you can learn more about it here). This area is also home to this bar which serves some special cocktails that are great to sip while enjoying some peace and quiet.

Located on Deck 16 on the Carnival Mardi Gras.The Tides Bar is the outdoor bar on the aft, or back, of the ship by the Tides Pool. Whether you want a delicious frozen cocktail or a can of your favorite beer, it's a great place to grab a pool-side drink.
