ChiBang! is an unique, if not odd, restaurant concept. They offer Mexican and Chinese cuisine, but it's not fusion. You can find a variety of dishes like Singapore Chili Shrimp, Slow-Braised Pork Belly, Carnitas Tacos, and Pollo en Mole. You'll also find some unique drink options here, like a Smokey Mezcal Negroni and Green Tea Martini.
You don't have to make reservations in advance for ChiBang. You check in using Carnival's HUB app when you're ready to eat and they alert you when your table is ready. For guests with anytime dining, they can check in anytime between 5:30 PM and 9:30PM, guests Assigned Dining can't check in until after 7:45 PM.
