Cucina Del Capitano is Carnival's take on a traditional Italian Trattoria. This specialty restaurant reserves classics like meatballs, chicken parmesian, and an almond crusted branzino.
A restaurant with the same name is available on the Carnival Mardi Gras, Celebration, and Jubilee but it has a slightly different menu and lower cost.
There is an additional charge to dine here. It's a flat fee, $24 per adult, $6 per child 11 and younger.. Alcoholic drinks and soda cost extra.
Cucina Del Capitano is a "Sit Down" restaurant. This means you have waiter who will take your order and bring you your food. It usually takes a bit longer than quick serve / to-go establishments, but has a nicer atmosphere.
They're usually open for dinner. Specific times and schedules may vary, so always check your cruise schedule or app for exact details.
