If you're a meat lover, you'll definitely love Gunbae, Virgin Voyages' Korean barbecue restaurant. Each table has a grill built right in, where your waiter will cook your food right in front of you on a smokeless grill. The tables each seat 6-8 guests; if there are fewer people in your party, you will be seated with other guests.
Guests start by choosing a few individual dishes from the "Small Bites" and "Rice/Noodles/Stews" sections of the menu. Then, if there are no objections from the table, they bring you all of the options from the "BBQ Grill" section of the menu and serve them family-style. Finish up your meal with one of three flavors of soft-serve ice cream.
Gunbae means "cheers" in Korean, so in that spirit, the server will also lead the table in a drinking game while the starters are being prepared. Guests who wish to participate can try a traditional Korean drinking game. Each guest who wants to play will get a shot of soju, a Korean rice liquor. When they get the answer wrong, they have to take their shot. The winner gets a bonus shot as a prize.
