MSC Seascape vs Carnival Venezia
The MSC Seascape was built in 2022. The MSC Seascape has a New York City-inspired theme complete with a 10-foot-fall replica of the Statue of Liberty at the heart of the casino and shopping area called Times Square. It's 3 years newer than the Venezia, which was built in 2019. The Venezia is part of Carnival's "Fun Italian Style" Program. This ship is on loan from sister company Costa cruises. It's similar to Carnival's Vista-class ships, but it has a distinct Italian style.

The Seascape is considered a large size ship. Food and Restaurants
Food is a big part of any cruise, and the ship you choose can make a huge difference in your food experience.
The Seascape has eleven different dining options like Ocean Cay Restaurant, Kaito Sushi Bar, and Kaito Teppanyaki. Of those options, seven are complementary, or included with your cruise fare. The other nine options have an additional fee.

That includes drinks like Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite and Barqs Root Beer, although the selection can vary by ship. The Venezia serves the Pepsi family of products. Pools and Hot Tubs
Nothing beats relaxing by a pool with a nice drink in hand as you feel the fresh sea breeze pass by you. The MSC Seascape has a total of 5 pools and 15 hot tubs. 2 of the pools and 3 of the hot tubs are exclusive access, which means there's either an extra charge to access them or you need to book a certain class of cabin to have access to them.
Carnival Venezia has fewer pools than the Seascape and fewer hot tubs. There are fewer exclusive pools and hot tubs on the Venezia. If you like ships without extra charges or exclusive areas, this might be a better choice since everyone will have access to these areas.
